Leslie Piper is the Director of Music at St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church in Marion, MA, and the Founder and Artistic Director of the SouthCoast Children’s Chorus. She received her BA in Religion from Hamilton College (NY), and her MA in Historical Musicology from Smith College (MA). She has taught music at all levels, from preschool through college, and was Director of Vocal Music in the Bloomfield Hills School District (Michigan) for ten years. She and her husband Geoffrey are the proud parents of Benjamin, Nathaniel and Katie, all of whom have spent time working with aid organizations both in the U.S. and abroad, and share her passion for service

She has served on the Board of the Marion Art Center, and is currently a member of the Rochester Cultural Council.
