Kara is a certified public accountant, is the Director of Finance at Freetown Lakeville Regional School District, and has previously served as Comptroller for Bridgewater State University. Kara has extensive experience, with over twenty years in compliance with laws, regulations, and reporting for non-profit and governmental entities. Kara has years of dedication lifting weights, running, and boxing. Kara has always believed in giving back to the community and feels honored to serve Buzzards Bay Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc. She believes even the smallest token of outreach can impact the lives of many. At times when our country needs unity, Kara also feels that the work that benefits a local community can lead to building a better future.
