Joe joined BBAHFH in the fall of 2023. He has a B.S. and an M.S. in mathematics and has spent his career in the Quality / Business Process Improvement field. He has run his own consulting business, Brackett & Associates since 1996, doing work in all different fields, including automotive, healthcare, software, manufacturing, and in all sizes of organizations. Joe’s expertise is evident in his ability to analyze the business environment, determine a solution, and utilize an implementation approach appropriate to the needs of the situation.
